Dura-Line Maintenance Technician in Sandersville, GA Dura-Line is looking for an experienced individual to provide offline support to ensure efficient operation of the manufacturing process.
Our Maintenance Technician position isa critical role, and will assist in all of our production departments, primarily the extrusion department, in repairing and maintaining all equipment necessary.
HOURS/SHIFT:
Mon-Fri 7am-4pm PAY:
$23.
25 to $37.

Responsibilities:
Maintain all resin systems and vacuum loaders, and clean filters and make repairs as required.
Maintain all support equipment, tape feeders, spiral units, extruders, vacuum tanks, pullers,reelers, air systems and water systems.
Assist all departments with breakdowns.
Assist and/or perform all tooling changes for the extrusion department as required by order change.
Use avolt meter; check and replace fuses, motor starter, replays, pumps, motors, and AC-DC systems; and trouble shoot faulty electric circuits.
Assist the general maintenance crew with equipment rebuild, plant shutdowns and new equipment installations.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
Follow all safety requirements of this position.
Perform all other duties as directed by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum three years of experience in mechanical maintenanceAbility to perform simple math, and take measurements (understand basic tool use)Capable of reading and understanding work instructions and safetydocumentsMechanical aptitude and knowledge of power transmission equipment; bearings, gears, sprockets; hydraulic and pneumatic systems and pumpsAbility to use most hand and power tools required for this position:
